Q. Favorite quote

"It is better to have fought in the arena and lost, than to have never tested yourself"

I worked many years for a man who had founded an outstanding ad agency. Although I always feared heading a business, he was grooming me to become the CEO. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the company closed before it happened. Years later, facing the opportunity to start my own ad agency – to enter an "arena" I had previously feared – I courageously decided to jump in. It proved to be the greatest experience of my business life.
